Photo transistor

The output terminal of the transistor optocoupler is a photosensitive transistor. Both the photodiode and the photosensitive transistor have linear characteristics and current amplification capabilities within a certain range. Transistor optocouplers are typically used for voltage feedback in power circuits and for signal detection and control in control circuits.Application areas: household appliances, switching power supplies, smart meters, etc.

Photo Triac

The opto-isolated triac, internally integrating an optocoupler and a bidirectional triac, is commonly used for AC load control, including zero-crossing and non-zero-crossing output types. The standard type opto-isolated triac can provide a 100mA current driving capability, while the enhanced type (internally integrating dual-layer triacs) can provide a current driving capability ranging from 300 to 1200mA.Application areas: household appliances, lighting controllers, high-voltage AC switches, etc.

Photo Darlington

The output terminal of the Darlington optocoupler consists of two primary transistors, which have a higher current amplification factor compared to ordinary transistors. This allows for driving larger output currents with a small input current. Darlington optocouplers, like transistor optocouplers, are typically used for voltage feedback in power circuits and for signal detection and control in control circuits.Application areas: household appliances, switching power supplies, smart meters, etc.

Photo relay

The output terminal of the opto-relay is structured with a MOSFET. Opto-relays have several advantages including small size, absence of mechanical contacts, long lifespan, low actuation current, high isolation voltage, high-speed switching, low leakage current, and support for thermal switching. The triggering current of an opto-relay is very small, typically not exceeding 3mA.Application areas: automotive electric propulsion control systems, Battery Management Systems (BMS), battery monitoring, photovoltaic inverters, etc.

High-speed Pptocouplers

High-speed optocouplers are nonlinear optocouplers, with their current transfer characteristics exhibiting nonlinearity. These types of optocouplers are suitable for various high-speed communication protocol transmission scenarios, enabling lossless transmission of signals ranging from 1 to 50 MHz.Application areas: automotive electronic control, instrumentation, smart home, etc.

Gate Drive Optocoupler

Gate Driver Optocouplers consist of a GaAsP LED, which is optically coupled to the power output stage of an integrated circuit. These optocouplers are particularly suitable for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs.Application areas: servo motors, industrial variable frequency drives, etc.

Smart Gate Drive

Intelligent gate driver optocouplers are IGBT gate driver optocouplers that feature built-in functions such as Vce saturation detection, abnormal status feedback, UVLO (Under Voltage Lockout), Miller clamp activation, and automatic fault reset.Application areas: IGBT and power MOSFET isolation drivers (high-power power supply boards), brushless motor drives (elevator motors, water pumps), industrial inverters, UPS power supplies, etc.

Intelligent Power Module and Gate Drive Interface Optocoupler

The intelligent power module interface optocoupler is typically a gate drive interface optocoupler with high CMR (Common Mode Rejection).Application areas: IPM (Intelligent Power Module) interface isolation, isolated IGBT/MOSFET drivers (high-power power supply boards), AC and brushless DC motor drives (air conditioners, washing machines), industrial variable frequency drives, general-purpose digital isolation, etc.
